Giorgos Remoundos, alongside his brother Grigoris, represents the third generation of their family-run bakery 'Remoundos' in Kypseli. He is deeply committed to maintaining the artisanal baking traditions of their grandfather's establishment while innovating with new recipes to appeal to contemporary palates.
