Giovanni Fletcher

Giovanni Fletcher is the president of the Unión de Consumidores y Usuarios de la República de Panamá (Uncurepa) and the Instituto Panameño de Derecho de Consumidores y Usuarios (Ipadecu). He has been vocal about the impacts of the Tratado de Promoción Comercial (TPC) between Panamá and the United States, expressing concerns over the lack of significant benefits for middle-class consumers and the need for studies to measure the treaty's real effects on local production and consumer prices.
