Giraldo Cepeda

Giraldo Cepeda is the president of Transinver, a company involved in the transportation sector in Venezuela. He has recently been in the news for his efforts to address the operational challenges faced by a fleet of 620 Venezuelan trucks, which are at risk of halting operations due to difficulties in obtaining necessary documentation from Colombia. Cepeda has reached out to the Colombian ambassador in Venezuela, Milton Rengifo, to seek intervention and find solutions to the bureaucratic obstacles affecting the transport of goods across the border.
