Giselle Boza

Giselle Boza is a prominent Costa Rican lawyer and journalist, currently serving as the Coordinator of the Freedom of Expression Program at the University of Costa Rica (UCR). She has been at the forefront of advocating for rights related to freedom of expression, particularly in the context of digital media and electoral processes. Her work focuses on addressing the challenges posed by misinformation and the need for regulatory frameworks that protect democratic discourse while ensuring transparency in electoral advertising.
