Giuseppe Orsi

Giuseppe Orsi is an Italian businessman and former chief executive of AgustaWestland's parent company, Finmeccanica. He became embroiled in controversy due to allegations of fraud and corruption related to a helicopter contract with the Indian government, where he was accused of facilitating kickbacks to secure the deal. Orsi was tried in Italy but was acquitted of the charges in 2018, a verdict that remains separate from ongoing investigations in India.
