Gjorge Pop-Atanasov

Gjorge Pop-Atanasov is a prominent Macedonian academic known for his contributions to the fields of history and cultural studies. He is one of the leading figures advocating for the recognition and prevention of genocide against the Macedonian people. Recently, he, along with other intellectuals, submitted a resolution to international institutions, calling for the establishment of June 18 as a global day of remembrance and action against the genocide experienced by Macedonians.
