Gladys Lizeth Gómez Osorio

Gladys Lizeth Gómez Osorio is a 34-year-old psychologist and advocate for individuals with disabilities, born on January 27, 1991, in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. Diagnosed with Morquio syndrome in childhood, she has turned her challenges into a source of motivation, earning a degree in Psychology from the National Autonomous University of Honduras in 2018 and a Master's in Clinical Psychology in 2023. Gladys works in her clinical practice in Villanueva, where she empowers others with disabilities, providing support and advocating for their rights. As the director of the Disability Program in Villanueva, she has assisted over 200 individuals and is actively involved in raising awareness and fostering a culture of empathy and inclusion in her community.
