Gloria Ibrahim

Barrister Gloria Ibrahim is a legal practitioner and mediator, recently appointed as the Commissioner of Youth Development in Kaduna State. With a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Ahmadu Bello University and a specialization in negotiation and mediation, she is expected to introduce innovative programs aimed at empowering youth and addressing youth-related issues in the state.
