Gloria Patricia Perdomo Rangel

Gloria Patricia Perdomo Rangel has been appointed as the new Minister of Information and Communication Technologies (MinTIC) in Colombia. With over two decades of experience in the public sector, she has held various roles within the ministry, including serving as an advisor and subdirector in the past. Perdomo holds a degree in Electronic Engineering and has specialized in Mobile Telecommunications and Strategic Management of Information Technology. Her extensive background in telecommunications includes work at the Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Bogotá and positions in the private sector. She takes over the role following a recent cabinet reshuffle under President Gustavo Petro.
