Golla Sai Naveen

Golla Sai Naveen is a tourist from Prakasam district in Andhra Pradesh who was present during the tragic boat capsizing incident in Vietnam. He witnessed the chaos as many passengers, despite wearing life jackets, became trapped under the overturned vessel due to improper fastening and overcrowding. Naveen alleged crew negligence and criticized the delayed rescue efforts that he believes contributed to the loss of life.
