Gonçalo Sousa

Gonçalo Sousa is a 26-year-old political commentator and YouTuber known for his controversial views and commentary on social and political issues. Previously affiliated with the far-right party Chega, he has gained a significant following on social media, managing three YouTube channels with over 300,000 subscribers, as well as a presence on TikTok. Recently, Sousa was in the news after RTP, the Portuguese public broadcaster, decided against hiring him for a political commentary segment due to past unacceptable social media posts that included derogatory remarks about women, minorities, and criticism of public health measures during the COVID-19 pandemic.
