Grace Rutter

Grace Rutter is a 26-year-old area manager at Amazon's new fulfillment center near North Ferriby, where she leads a team of 55 employees in managing the 'singles' area during one of the busiest shopping seasons, Black Friday. Originally from Leeds, Grace transitioned from a background in dance and musical theatre, including circus skills like fire-breathing, to take on this managerial role five years into her career with Amazon.
