Grady Kurpasi

Grady Kurpasi is a former U.S. Marine and veteran who served in Iraq and Afghanistan. After witnessing the events of September 11, 2001, he left his career as a programmer to join the military. In March 2022, he volunteered to assist Ukraine during the ongoing conflict, but was reported missing after a Russian attack in April. His story has drawn attention to the efforts of organizations working to support families of foreign soldiers fighting in Ukraine.
