Graeme McLean

Graeme McLean is a prominent figure in the restoration of historic buildings in Napier, New Zealand. He grew up in Hawke’s Bay and, together with his wife Wendy McLean-Smith, purchased a significant art deco building in the area about six years ago. Recently, they invested nearly $60,000 in renovations to refresh the building’s exterior, restore its brass fittings, and enhance Māori artwork. McLean has expressed a deep commitment to preserving the building's heritage and is considering future interior renovations.
