Granica Kovačević

Granica Kovačević is the head of the Department for EU Accession at the Directorate for European Integration in Montenegro. She recently highlighted the significance of closing Chapter 5 on public procurement as a demonstration of Montenegro's commitment to deep reforms and the proper functioning of its institutions in the ongoing process of European Union integration.
