Greg Oliver Higuera Marcano

Greg Oliver Higuera Marcano, also known as Maquia, is a suspected co-conspirator in the assassination attempt on Alejo Vidal-Quadras. His arrest in January 2024 while attempting to enter Colombia raised concerns for Bounouare, who subsequently fled the country fearing for his safety.
