He graduated from the Academy of Music 'Gheorghe Dima' in Cluj, specializing in bassoon and holds a doctorate in music. Currently, he serves as an associate professor at the University of Bucharest and the Bucharest University of Music, where he is dedicated to promoting the authentic values of Romanian folklore. His repertoire consists of ancient melodies that capture pivotal moments in the life of traditional communities, and he is also proficient in various musical instruments, reinforcing his commitment to preserving and advancing Romania's musical heritage.
