Grigory Dyagtyar

Grigory Dyagtyar is a former general director of LLC 'RTG' who has been implicated as a member of an organized crime group involved in illegal arms manufacturing and distribution in Moscow. He was arrested alongside others for setting up a weapons workshop in the Gorbuskin Dvor shopping center.
