Grover P. M. is a 23-year-old driver of a Mitsubishi van who was involved in a tragic accident that claimed the lives of 31 individuals when his vehicle collided with a bus from the company Trans Challapata. Currently hospitalized with multiple injuries, Grover claims he was driving in his lane when the bus suddenly invaded his path. Despite being apprehended by the police as the responsible party, a negative alcohol test and his assertion of the bus's erratic movement suggest a complicated situation. He was en route to his hometown of Challapata when the accident occurred.
