Gualberto Vela

Gualberto Vela is the executive of the Federation 3 de Febrero, a group representing transport workers in Warnes, Bolivia. He has been advocating for a fare increase of 50 centavos, responding to tensions with local residents and authorities over transportation costs and services. Vela recently called for a second indefinite blockade in response to ongoing negotiations.
