Guichard Chéry

Guichard Chéry is the administrative director in Haiti's Ministry of National Education, known for his role in overseeing the distribution of overdue payments to teachers and administrative staff. Recently, he announced the preparation of over 34,000 cheques representing four months of compensation for educators, as part of an agreement aimed at resolving a significant strike that had disrupted education across the country.
