Guillaume II

Guillaume II, also known as Kaiser Wilhelm II, was the last German Emperor and King of Prussia, ruling from 1888 until his abdication in 1918. His aggressive foreign policy and militaristic ambitions were significant factors leading to the outbreak of World War I. His reign ended in defeat for Germany, and he spent the rest of his life in exile, becoming a controversial figure in the history of the war.
