Guillermo Dapelo

Guillermo Dapelo is a witness who recorded a video of a food delivery robot being struck by a train at a railroad crossing in Miami on January 15, 2026. While walking his dogs in the area, he captured the incident and expressed his surprise as the robot remained motionless on the tracks for approximately 15 minutes before the collision occurred.
