
Guimara Darcell Aparicio Ortega
Guimara Darcell Aparicio Ortega is a prominent Panamanian attorney and political scientist, holding a degree from the University of Panama since 1990. She has a master's degree in private law with a specialization in civil liability from the same institution. Throughout her career, Aparicio has served as the director of the Semanario de Sistemas Jurídicos and has provided legal consultancy to various national law firms. She has also held the position of assistant to a magistrate at the Supreme Court of Justice in Panama's Third Chamber. Recently, she was appointed as a substitute magistrate for the newly ratified magistrate of the First Civil Chamber, Carlos Villalobos.
