Gulmira Sabdenbek has been appointed as the new chairperson of the Social Medical Insurance Fund (ФСМС) in Kazakhstan. She holds a medical education and a Master's degree in Public Health (MPH), along with significant management experience in the healthcare sector. Previously, she led the strategic development department of the National Medical Holding and served as the Deputy Chair of the National Scientific Cardiac Surgery Center. Her recent role involved overseeing social policy and sustainable development at the Presidential Administration.
