Gur Katzi

Gur Katzi was a 20-year-old soldier from Nir Banim who served as a fighter in the Golani Brigade. He tragically lost his life in November 2022 during a confrontation at an archaeological fortress in southern Lebanon, alongside researcher Zeev Hanoch Ehrlich. His death raised significant questions about military responsibilities and accountability, leading to a public outcry regarding the circumstances surrounding the incident.
