Güven Baba is a third-generation confectioner known for producing a traditional Turkish sweet called 'ramazan helvası' in Bursa, Turkey. Continuing the legacy started by his grandfather in 1960, he maintains the secret recipe that has made the sweet a staple during the Ramadan season. His shop produces about 300 kilograms of this beloved treat daily, which is highly sought after by both locals and visitors alike.
