Hà Ngọc Sơn

Hà Ngọc Sơn, 50 years old, is a local resident who played a heroic role in the aftermath of a boating accident on Thác Bà Lake. While cooking on a nearby island, he heard the crash and rushed to the scene, successfully rescuing six victims from the water before alerting rescue teams.
