Hafiz Ghoga

Hafiz Ghoga is a prominent Libyan human rights lawyer and politician who became known as the spokesperson for the National Transitional Council during the Libyan Civil War. He was instrumental in advocating for the rights of Libyans and communicating the council's positions to the public and international community during the tumultuous period of the uprising against Muammar Gaddafi.
