Haidee Murnane

Haidee Murnane is a mother who experienced the profound loss of her five-year-old son Harper, who passed away from Batten disease in 2022. Struggling with grief and a lack of understanding from those around her, she found solace through the Ladybird Care Foundation, which connects bereaved parents with mentors who have faced similar losses. Haidee is now training to become a peer support mentor herself, aiming to help other parents navigate their own grief while keeping her son's memory alive.
