Haider Al-Wahhami

Haider Al-Wahhami is the Deputy Technical Governor of Al-Muthanna Province in Iraq, known for his involvement in governmental initiatives aimed at addressing the overcrowding crisis in the region's prisons. Recently, he announced the commencement of a project to construct the Samawah Central Prison, a facility designed to alleviate the severe pressure on existing correctional institutions.
