Haj Saïd Arzaki

Haj Saïd Arzaki is the General Inspector of the National Security Directorate in Algeria. He recently gained attention as he accompanied the Algerian Minister of Mujahideen, Laïd Rebiha, to the inauguration ceremony of the Supreme Commander of the Nicaraguan Armed Forces, General Julio César Avilés.
