Halima Ouarzazi

Halima Ouarzazi was a pioneering Moroccan diplomat and advocate for human rights, renowned for her significant contributions to international diplomacy and her role in major human rights discussions at the United Nations. A member of the Moroccan delegation to the UN, she was instrumental in the adoption of pivotal human rights treaties and continued to work as an expert throughout her retirement.
