Hallur Símonarson

Hallur Símonarson recently stepped down from his position as the internal auditor for Reykjavík City, amidst significant restructuring within the office. His tenure saw the handling of major cases involving land disputes related to gas stations, a preschool, and a controversial project known as the Green Giant. He has been on leave since January 2024.
