Halmagean

Halmagean was a Canadian soldier who served in the artillery regiment and was part of NATO's multinational brigade in Latvia. Tragically, he passed away during his service, marking his first deployment abroad after nearly three years in the military. His death prompted condolences from various leaders, including Latvia's President Edgars Rinkēvičs and Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, who expressed sorrow over the loss and acknowledged the strength of the nation due to the dedication of soldiers like Halmagean.
