Hamilton Chaves

Hamilton Chaves was the Secretary of Press in the government of Rio Grande do Sul during the crisis of 1961. He was involved in key communications and public relations efforts to support the legal government and was an important figure in the resistance against the military coup that threatened the constitutional order in Brazil.
