Han Duan

Han Duan is a Canadian diplomat serving as the first secretary (migration) at Canada’s High Commission in New Delhi. She has been involved in discussions regarding immigration integrity issues, specifically related to Indian students and their spouses. In a 2025 email report, Duan highlighted concerns over marriages of convenience that some Indian students engaged in to allow their spouses to work in Canada, particularly after changes to immigration rules restricted spousal work permits.
