Hanna Gerig

Hanna Gerig is a co-leader of the Zurich-based humanitarian organization Solinetz, which has been providing volunteer support to detainees in the deportation center since 2009. Gerig advocates for the rights of those in administrative detention, arguing that the conditions they face are dire and often inhumane, and she questions the effectiveness and morality of the deportation process in Switzerland.
