Hanna Herman is a former Ukrainian politician known for her association with former President Viktor Yanukovych. She was mentioned in relation to Olena Topolia's past participation in Eurovision, as Topolia revealed that Herman had promised to reimburse her for the expenses incurred during the competition but ultimately did not fulfill this commitment.
