Hannah Gapes is a talented New Zealand middle-distance runner from Rotorua, recognized for her impressive achievements in track and field. She began her athletic journey at the age of 12 with the Lake City Athletics Club, inspired by her family's competitive spirit. Gapes has gained national prominence, becoming a three-time All-American at NC State University and is currently ranked as New Zealand’s ninth-fastest woman over 3000m. Her dedication to the sport is evident in her numerous accolades, including winning the 10km senior women’s race at the New Zealand Cross Country Championships.
