Hannan

Paul Hannan is the group director and chief procurement officer for the NSW education department. He recently testified at the ICAC inquiry regarding concerns raised about the tender process for a schools contract. Hannan acknowledged the issues brought up by Daw and reflected on his professional relationship with former School Infrastructure chief executive Anthony Manning, which he said had been somewhat tarnished by recent events.
