Hannia León Fuentes

Hannia León Fuentes is the director of the Program of Educational Technologies for Learning (Protea) at the University of Costa Rica. She has expressed concerns about the lack of qualified instructors for teaching technology in schools, warning that students receiving instruction from non-specialized teachers may only acquire superficial digital skills.
