Happy Francis

Happy Francis is the director of Wezesha, an Arusha-based NGO dedicated to advocating for the rights of women and children. She highlighted the importance of capacity-building workshops for human rights defenders, especially in politically sensitive times such as elections, reinforcing their roles as advocates for justice.
