Harbinder Sethi

Harbinder Sethi is a businessman involved in the Independent Power Tanzania Limited (IPTL) scandal, which centers on allegations of corruption and irregularities in a power purchase agreement between the Tanzanian government and IPTL. Recently, he filed a defamation lawsuit against Zitto Kabwe, a retired leader of the ACT-Wazalendo party, claiming that Kabwe published false and damaging information about him related to the scandal.
