Harminder Singh Minto

Harminder Singh Minto was a former leader of the Khalistan Liberation Force (KLF), an armed organization advocating for a Sikh homeland. He was implicated in the same case as Jagtar Singh Johal, but later retracted his confession statement, which had been obtained in custody.
