
Harold Kim Philby
Harold 'Kim' Philby was a British intelligence officer and a notorious double agent for the Soviet Union, known as one of the 'Cambridge Spies.' He was recruited by Soviet intelligence in 1934 and later joined MI6, where he provided crucial information to the USSR during the Cold War. Philby became a central figure in espionage history, famously escaping to Moscow in 1963 after being exposed, and he spent the remainder of his life there, where he died in 1988.
