Harold Méndez Erlweing

Harold Méndez Erlweing, 41, was a Bolivian individual with a criminal history that included charges of fraud and real estate scams. He had recently been released from prison, where he was incarcerated for selling a property that he had previously sold, and was reportedly attempting to turn his life around. Unfortunately, he was shot and killed alongside Leonardo Vaca Díez in a violent incident linked to organized crime.
