Harold Ronnie Ardila Urbina

Harold Ronnie Ardila Urbina, 47, originally from Arauca, Colombia, was detained in Argentina with his wife, Mayerly Zulay Arévalo, on accusations of laundering money for the ELN. Previously a small businessman in Cúcuta, he is alleged to have developed a money laundering scheme through telecommunications companies.
