Harouna Bidiga

Harouna Bidiga is the president of the village development council in Kombinatenga, Burkina Faso. He recently expressed gratitude for the visit of Ismaël Sombié, the Minister of State for Agriculture, during a project aimed at developing a 32-hectare rice-growing area in the village.
