Harpreet Chandi MBE

Harpreet Chandi MBE, known as Polar Preet, is a pioneering British adventurer and former Army physiotherapist who has made significant achievements in polar exploration. She gained recognition for becoming the first Asian woman to complete a solo trek to the South Pole in 2022 and for setting two Guinness World Records during her 2023 Antarctic expedition. Chandi has recently postponed her ambitious goal of becoming the first woman to travel solo and unsupported to the North Pole due to funding challenges, emphasizing the need for proper safety measures and support for such a dangerous undertaking.
